1. Overview
Fix Factory Canada (“Fix Factory”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a network of authorized independent repair providers known as the Fix Factory Partner Network.
Authorized partners may provide repair services on behalf of Fix Factory under brand and service agreements.
These partner locations may operate under their own business entities but perform services according to Fix Factory repair standards.
2. Independent Business Operators
Partner repair providers within the Fix Factory Partner Network are independent businesses or contractors.
While these partners operate under Fix Factory service standards, they are not employees of Fix Factory unless explicitly stated.
Each partner location is responsible for:
- maintaining appropriate business licenses
- complying with applicable local laws
- maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
3. Repair Standards
Authorized partners are required to adhere to Fix Factory repair protocols including:
- technician training standards
- installation procedures
- part quality standards
- warranty service obligations
Fix Factory may audit or review partner service performance to maintain brand quality.
4. Warranty Coverage
Repairs performed by authorized partners may be eligible for warranty coverage under Fix Factory’s Lifetime Install Guarantee and Warranty Policy, depending on the repair and part used.

5. Customer Relationship
Customers engaging services through an authorized partner acknowledge that:
- the repair work may be performed by an independent technician
- the partner location may operate under its own business name
- certain services may be fulfilled locally through that partner
Fix Factory may still provide centralized customer support for service issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fix Factory is not responsible for losses arising from actions taken independently by partner repair providers outside the scope of Fix Factory service standards.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Fix Factory’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the repair service or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.
7. Partner Disputes
Customers experiencing service concerns with partner repair providers should contact Fix Factory support.
Fix Factory may assist with dispute resolution where appropriate.
8. Service Availability
Authorized Partner repair locations may change over time as the Fix Factory Partner Network expands or evolves.
Fix Factory does not guarantee availability of partner locations in all regions.
