In all areas that we don’t offer on-demand services in (currently), we’ll call, video-chat, email or text you instead to help diagnose the issue(s) and see how we can help further.
Please note, while it’s free to book a technician for this on-site diagnostics service (no booking fee), fees may apply if the repair quote + fix is rejected ($25-$80)
If the issue is fairly apparent (e.g bloated battery, cracked back/display etc.) please book your fix online, or contact fix concierge to help book you in. The techs complete basic pre-fix diagnostics prior to any repair, but booking your fix or diagnostics requests online will expedite service(s), especially for simple and known issues.
