In the case of multiple issues and broken parts on your device, or if your request is complex, please reach out to a human for a personalized quote.
*If the fix is declined after diagnostics are completed, a diagnostic service fee may apply (typically $25–$80, depending on the device and issue). In areas where on-demand, on-site mobile fix isn’t currently available, our team will connect with you remotely – by phone, video chat, text, or email – to diagnose the issue and guide you through the best next steps.
