Calling, Texting and Voice Communications

By engaging with us via phone call or text message, note that phone calls may be recorded for quality, training and/or, but not limited to, aiding in our customer experiences and our Mutual Protection. By contacting us via text message, your messages may be recorded and attached to your contract and file for quality, coaching and training purposes, or in providing post-repair support and for aiding in our customer experiences, in addition to our Mutual Protection. Furthermore, you expressly consent to Fix Factory using text message when replying or requesting more information, in replying with minimal texts upon missing a phone call for example or other extraneous circumstance. Our number to receive MMS text messages (pictures/videos etc) is +15874183189, and our Automated Text Message Notifications system number is +18884933349. We do not send Marketing SMS Messages. To opt-out of Text Messaging/SMS Messages, simply reply STOP or OPT OUT to any message we send to you, or request in an email to remove your text updates from the system (on a per order basis).
