Returns & Refunds Policy

Refunds and Returns – Parts, Tools & Refreshed Devices

We stock multiple types of products that we sell on different sales platforms and this specific return policy applies to all our products (standalone parts, refreshed devices, tools etc) sold on any of our sales channels. All defective, incorrect or unwanted merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for a replacement/exchange or refund within 15 days, if it is in unused, uninstalled condition (protective films must be on it) and in the original packaging with our stamps and seals.

Please note, this policy applies only to parts, tools and refreshed devices. It does not cover terms for booked services such as a screen fix. For booked services, our Lifetime Warranty + Guarantee applies instead. Furthermore in both cases, our Terms of Service apply.

Please complete a support ticket to apply for a Part, Tool or Refreshed Device Return and Refund. On a case by case basis, approved refunds will be either returned to the original payment method used, or issued as store credit/coupon. This will be clearly indicated through the support ticket once submitted.
