As long as the same (or Fix Factory equivalent) part is in our core and available/available for backorder, Fix Factory Canada® will BEAT any genuine Canadian written device repair quote.

Other Canadian device repair agencies, shops and businesses registered with The Canadian Companies Office/CRA. They must posses a business number (most do).

We will beat your genuine written quote by:

• $5 per Incel or Premium Quality Aftermarket part, per person, per device in Canada
• $10 per OLED Certified or OEM/Original Quality part, per person, per device in Canada

A Competitors Part or its Fix Factory Equivalent must be in our core product range (viewable online) and available (In-Stock or Available On-Backorder) and able to be booked by the general public when you bring it to us (eg, not a 'special price' or 'Custom Repair Work Quote'). It must also be for the same part quality, device vendor (eg. Apple™, Samsung™ device). Repairs being purchased with Vendor Gift Cards, Vendor 'in-store credit', and other non-public currencies other than Fix Factory Gift Cards, are excluded. Repair Quotes with discounts available due to membership of a group or corporate entity or subscription to a closed group of that competitor, are excluded.

Available specifically means already in our online stock, available on back-order and not a custom part request. Any quotes should be provided to Fix Factory on the same day that they are obtained.

The price beat guarantee applies only for Canadian device repairs with the same quality or Fix Factory equivalent quality part(s). If you want to 'upgrade' your fix, then regular pricing rules will apply.

Your genuine written quote must be presented to us prior to booking. Repair must be completed in Canada. Excludes custom quotes not generally available to the public or special order parts and Vendor-Only Payment Methods/Special Discounts.

If the qualifying criteria are met we will beat your Canadian device repair quote and you must book and complete the repair in that day, or have a repair order with payment pre-authorization in our system by that days' end, with the repair date/time following shortly thereafter.

Yes, as long as it is publicly accepted in Canada, or is a Fix Factory Gift Card. For Finance Cards issued by Fix Factory Canada, fees apply.

Unfortunately, we only beat the price of the same/similar available part for device repair for that day, as the market conditions are volatile. If the price drops in the future, or another competitor has a lower price after we price beat the initial quote and complete the repair, we are unable to refund any differences in price. We will however provide you with a $20 Future Fix coupon to use with us in your future repair with Fix Factory , as per our terms of this program.

Your Consultant/Technician will do everything they can to beat the Canadian repair quote you were quoted. If the qualifying criteria are met we will beat that price. If the qualifying criteria are met and your consultant/technician does not beat your quoted price you will receive your repair free of charge.
