We are The Original Mobile Repair Technicians. Fix Factory Techs (fTechs) come to you (where available), typically at home, the office or even a coffee shop or parking lot (completed in our equipped vehicle). We'll conduct basic repairs such as screens, batteries and ports, back glass covers and cameras, on-site, and in an anti-static environment in equipped vehicle. Usually within 20-40mins from technician arrival, in most cases. Don't worry - you'll be up and running in no time, but the sooner you book, the better! We complete our repairs in our equipped vehicles (if you are in service area) or there is the option for mail-in as well outside of our on-demand service areas. But as an alternative to on-site repair or if not available in your area yet, you may book your device in for couriered express pickup (mail-in) or drop-off at a self managed hub, once you have a confirmed order (online or through our fix concierge). Simply search Fix Factory on Google Maps for Available Drop Off Points and their Hours of Operation. Generally we accept drop-offs and pickups M-F 9-5 and Sat 10-3*.

You may choose from any of the listed qualities when ordering your part for repair. Remember, when you're buying our parts, we include the repair for Free! Parts only requests are on a case by case basis, and you must own a business within the industry.

Fix Factory Canada has technicians of all skills levels (but all Fix Factory certified), most of which can repair any gadget, electronic or mobile device. We have access to specialists that complete micro-soldering, complex board repairs, and tough fixes like the iPhone X main board splits!
